Tastes

Color: Amber Nose: Spice, sherry, heavy alcohol, orange, banana, toast, cream, nuts, oak, carmel, other fruit. The alcohol really hits you up front and took me aback at first but the flavors came out soon after. Sherry clearly sticks out, followed by the fruit and general sweetness. Palate: Spice, sherry, plum, almond, allspice, cherry, raspberry, earthy, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon. The longer it sits and the more I taste the more flavors come through. Definitely very complex and strong all around. The sweetness really sets in at the end which is a welcome surprise after the initial burn. Finish: Sherry, cinnamon, smoke, earthy, spice, vanilla, orange, creamy. Light finish, doesn't linger too long though the sherry sticks around a bit. Creamy and a cinnamon-esque feel near the end.

Color: Dark golden, apple juice Nose: Smoke, spice, fruit (lemon, pineapple), salty (nuts), sweet (honey, vanilla, carmel) Palate: Spice, sweet, smoke, sherry, honey, vanilla, malty, fruit, warm, buttery Finish: Smooth, lingering, salty, carmel, smokey, very malty

Color: Golden amber Nose: Salt, smoke, ocean, carmel, toffee, BBQ, wood, peat, butter, butterscotch, honey Palate: Smoke, peat, dark chocolate, cherry, peanuts, sherry, vanilla, mint, coffee, pepper, brine. Absolutely delicious Finish: Spice, sherry, mint, carmel, salt, smoke, lingering
