Cinnamon toast and nutmeg on the nose, smooth and sweet red hots on the palate, long spicy finish. Its all pretty intense. A splash of water toned it all down a little. I required a second splash of water, which brought out some maple sweetness on the nose and palate and made the finish more enjoyable.
