Tastes

This is a wonderfully complex whiskey. On the nose there is baking notes with dough, vanilla, and caramel. The palate is amazing complex with a sharp black pepper spiciness at the beginning which turns into a strong vanilla and sweet flavour. The finish is also rich with vanilla and tastes herbal.

Sweet nose of syrup and vanilla. Flavours of baking spices and sweet vanilla cookies. Finishes spicy and lingers in the mouth. Very nice rye.

Vanilla and brown sugar on the nose. Tastes sweet and oaky in the mouth. Vanilla through the finish as well. A nice alternative to classic Jameson.

Caramel, fruity nose. Sweet through the palate to the finish. Not a ton going on, but for the price it’s a nice easy drinking whisky. Finishes a little spicy.

Solid whisky for the price. Nose of honey and vanilla. The smell notes come boldly into the palate. The finish is smooth and clean.

Sweet blend. Not much substance though. Orange peel in the finish. Solid for the price!

Sherry on the nose and raisins. Bitter flavour in the mouth and the finish is coffee and dark chocolate.

Smells vaguely sweet and fruity. (Blueberries?) Tastes pretty bland honestly and finishes quite bitter. Not really a fan.

The nose is cherry, oaky and vanilla. The palate comes in strong after a few sips with brown sugar, cherry, sweet corn and vanilla. The finish tastes like a cherry flavoured candy.

Sweet on the nose and palate. Honey all over the taste and smell. Subtle spice on the flavour. Finishes clean.
