    Very maple syrup smell on the nose, brown sugar too. Peppery in the mouth with a bit of smoke and a lot of syrupy sweetness. Finishes like pepper and smoke. Finish lingers long for a 40% bourbon.

    Smells of honey, flowers and grass clippings. Tastes peppery, spicy and sweet. Finishes a bit smoky. Good dram!

    Definitely very floral on the nose with baked goods and some vanilla sweetness. The palate is pretty spicy with a little bit of fruitiness. Maybe apple? A little cinnamon as well. The finish is long lasting and ends with dried fruit. Great Irish whiskey without breaking the bank.

    Smells of baked goods, pear and apple. Honey as well. Tastes of pear and apple followed by a spicy sweetness. Smoky and oily flavour on the finish.

    Very strong oak and vanilla on the nose. This is a very spicy bourbon. Caramel as well. The spiciness lingers in the mouth well into the finish. There’s also a bitter flavour in the finish. Leaves you with the spiciness that toothpaste leaves after you brush your teeth. Great bourbon.

    A very intense whisky. On the nose there’s ash, smoke, iodine, saltiness. The taste is full of the same with peppery notes. A slight sweetness to it as well. Adding water makes it spicier. Finishes smokey!

    Nose of salty sea air. On the palate it’s spicy, fruity and salty. Lots of smoke through the palate as well. Finishes very smoky. Nice peaty dram.

    Pear, smoke and grass clippings from the nose. The pear notes carry through to the palate. Finishes a little spicy, like chili. Absolutely wonderful.

    Smells of vanilla icing. A spiciness lingers in the mouth till the finish. Finishes like dark chocolate. Delicious.
