Orchard fruit, brown sugar on the nose. A bit grassy on the palate I found, moving away from the smooth orchard smells I was getting. Ultimately I feel this scotch smells better than it tastes.

Very floral, honeysuckle smell. Tastes very peppery and full. While not being the most complex whisky, it is delicious and VERY easy to drink. Love this whisky.

Smells of orchard fruit. Tastes of honey and stone fruit. Finish lingers just long enough. Good dram.

Sweet, smoky nose. Syrup too. Palate is moderately peaty and honestly a little harsh. Finishes thin too. Pretty disappointing actually.

Great, sweet nose of honey, brown sugar. Peppery rye flavour with certain herbal and sweet notes in the palate. Finishes long and sweet. Great rye.

Great value bourbon. Smells of maraschino cherries. Lots of typical bourbon flavour through the palate, brown sugar and vanilla. Finishes a little harsh. Still great value when price is factored in.

Not much from the nose, cherry candy. Very rich and creamy palate, with strong undefined fruity notes. As advertised! Finishes very smooth.
  8. Wild Turkey Bourbon 101

Great value bourbon. Smells sweet, charred, buttery, butterscotch. Tastes sweet like candy apples. Finishes fairly smooth for such a high proofing.

Very fruit forward on the nose and through the palate. Strong sherry cask peppery flavours. Very good for the price, not to be ignored.
  10. Ardmore Legacy

Lightly peated but also fruity like a highland throughout the nose and palate. My only objection is it would be better as a cask strength.
