Really enjoy the nose, but the palette is not good at all. Super bitter finish.

PROS: Nose is full of Oak and vegetals, i don’t usually love the latter taste profile but it works really well here. Very smooth drinker. CONS: Palette is good a little empty. Was expecting more Oak from a toasted barrel Bourbon. Enjoyed it more at the restaurant than out of the bottle.

PROS: FULL of flavor in both the nose, and on the palette. Tons of vanilla on both - lots of Rye spice, which can be good or bad depending on my mood. But this is one of the most flavorful pours I have ever had. CONS: A little bit of an ethanol taste lingers on the finish, and some sips can be a *little* too spicy with the Rye.

Pros: Tons of banana on the nose, which I love. Surprisingly smooth for a young bourbon, and lingers pretty long Cons: A little bit harsh on the mid-palette

PROS: The nose is youthy, but in a good way. Can really smell the French Oak, which is one of my favorite notes. Early palette is very good. CONS: Falls off a cliff once it reaches the mid palette…French Oak whiskey and Yamazaki finished whiskey are my favorites. Don’t feel like they complement each other super well here

PROS: Nose is super sweet, lots of red fruit on the nose. CONS: the palate is just OK, expected more from a 10y bourbon. Very similiar to Widow Jane but at a better price

PROS: The bottle and key are pretty cool. CONS: Nose is nothing special, pretty grainy. Palette is nondescript.

PROS: The nose punches way above its weight! Absolutely fantastic. Palette is good - nice and mellow. Well priced at around $35. CONS: Lots of ethanol on the aftertaste
