Fantastic Alpine Amaro. It is very delicate and soft but the underlying flavors are there. Lots of mint, pine, fennel, cinnamon, and tabacco. Reminds me of Fernet but sweeter and tuned way down

Very unique but also very balanced. It is more on the bitter side but is truly a treat.

Very interesting and complex. The Amari is Very Bitter more related to Fernet. Strong fennel and umami notes with the sugar being a lot lighter. The Amaro is very dry and astringent in the finish. I have heard that mushrooms are a component to the flavoring of this Amari

Superb Amari. Hints of Cola, Tobacco, dark chocolate, tart cherry, orange peel, cinnamon linger. Very fitting for a Black Manhattan

To be honest it’s ok. In cocktails it’s use is a little limited but all in all it is as described almost an Asian Lemencello. Finishes very dry
