The nose smells almost peaty, but you find on the palate that it’s toasted oak and toasted honeycomb. There’s also hints of pineapple and caramelized sugar from the toasted oak. The finish is smoky and a little oily so that it lingers a bit.

Very similar to Casamigos in my opinion. I get a little floral note at the end. Delicious straight or in a cocktail

Great whisky. It’s definitely a sherry bomb with 2 of the 3 casks being sherry. Tons of dark fruit (blackberries, plum, cherries) with a spicy and oily finish.

Tons of toffee and caramel on the nose and front end of the palate. It’s washed away by smoke, brine, and a hint of vanilla and coffee bean for a nice finish.

This is a whisky that can appeal to everyone. It’s not overly sweet or smoky, but has enough of each to keep you interested. There’s notes of vanilla, honey, and apple with an underlying sea salt and smokiness.

Very balanced whisky. There are some deep and dried fruit notes from the port casks: plum and raisin with brown sugar. The peat provided the perfect amount of smokiness and salt. The finish is long with a bit of oak, cracked pepper, and hint of chocolate.

The sherry cask and fruit flavors hit you up front for a very smooth palate. The finish starts slow but ends strong - smoky and salty. Very easy sipper!
