Sweet vanilla and honey on the nose, a unique palate of berries, light toffee and spearmint. A kick of heat on the finish, then a pleasant warmth.

Strong corn / grain/ Karo corn syrup on the nose and palate. A lot of alcohol burn and bitterness on the palate. Better whiskeys for the price.

Brown sugar, orange peel, clove nose. Palate mimics the nose, plus molasses taffy and graham cracker crust. Pleasant med+ finish, dark chocolate and dark honey. Nice on its own, or in an old fashioned.

A very average bourbon experience. Many better options for the price.

Bright, saline, briny peat hits you on the nose. After the first wave subsides, you can pick up the sweetness, dark chocolate, red berries, sherry, vanilla, toffee. Salty iodine peat on the palate. Some sweetness there, but not as much as the nose suggests. Finish, salty peat, mid-length. Not my favorite ever Islay. I feel like it would fall in the Talisker camp of very briny smoke.
