Fantastic tasting burbon and lives up to its dessert birnon reputation as the creme brulee on the label indicates. Upfront and through the nose you get sweet butter creame and apple which flows naturally into dark choclate and warm maple sryrup ending with strong cedar notes. This one has a beautifully long finish which fortunately keeps you from drinking it too quickly!

The bourbon greets you with a sweet, fruity aroma that might lead you to expect a similar taste. However, the initial lightness on the palate quickly gives way to a more complex profile. It starts with a distinct earthiness, reminiscent of a garden in bloom, with the delicate scent of rose petals gradually emerging. The experience culminates in a clean finish, characterized by the fresh, verdant notes of young oak.

Packed with flavor yet orderly for such a high proof whisky. Honey and molasses start us off with notes of apricots, peaches and various tree fruits through the middle finishing with toasted hazelnet and pepper.

Beautiful syrupy mouthfeel taken from the highly viscous dessert wine casks it’s aged in. This bourbon starts immidatley with sweet licorice and vanilla with the later being felt throughout the experience. Strong pepper spice through the middle finishing with an almondy bitterness.

Shallow hints of vanilla and berries, no doubt taken from the port casks it’s finished in, gives way to chocolate and earthy tones as the bourbon makes it way across your pallet ending with a leathery appeal
