Nose: toasted cereal, malt funk, leather, dried fruits like plum/hongzao Palate: toasted cereal, malt, leather, meaty, intense wood character Finish: wood, malt, black pepper

Nose: pear, light peat, hint figs/hongzao, brine Palate: baked fruits, apple/pear, black pepper, honey Finish: medium/long, mid oily, black pepper, clove

Nose: vanilla, cherry, brown sugar, hint of leather, baking spices - cinnamon?, Palate: black pepper, wood spikes, caramel, toasted almonds Finish: medium length, overall nice and round, punctuated with a few spikes

Nose: smoldering campfire on a beach, iodine, hint floral note, chocolate. On third sip, seaweed like nori, then tar? Palate: salt, black pepper, iodine/medicinal, incense. A meaty savoriness. Finish: long oily, mostly peat smoke and brine, hint of something sweet - maybe like a dark honey.

Nose: butterscotch, caramel, dark honey, figs, floral hint, wood Palate: honey, figs, caramel, toffee, wood, peat, black pepper, orange peel Finish: peat, pepper, grapefruit and orange peel

Nose: vanilla, brown sugar, acetone, cream soda, cherries. Ethanol very present. Palate: cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar, vanilla, black pepper, Finish: spiky the notes, sweet cherries, toasted sugar/bruleed sugar

Nose: vanilla+acetone, ripe apples, honey Palate: huge evolution of flavors. Starts with apple and green tea, then into swell of toasted cereal notes and light smoke, finished with light honey. Acclimated to the grainy/cereal notes, later sips we're more tea and fruit. Finish: long, mild white pepper, light honey
