Tastes

Nose: combination of pear, rubber cement, and a hint of vanilla Palate: Smokey and peppery orange jelly Finish: canned pear, light brine and a bit of heat This is one of the most unique drams I have had. I am excited to drink more of this to capture some of the subtle flavors in this one.

Nose: cherry, vanilla, oak, and lots of root beer Palate: cinnamon and a little star anise Finish: heat from the spice, a bit oily and a little drying on the tongue

Nose: very light green apples, milk chocolate and sweet vanilla sugar cookie Palate: waxy up front and malty through the middle Finish: short and sweet mead

Nose: first it comes off as sweet, rich sherry. The richness never goes away, but once you burst through you get light bits of woody vanilla and ripe banana. Palate: immediately hit with holiday drink spiciness and sherry flavors. Finish: tannins dry your mouth, spice moves to the back of your throat and the sherry powers through all the way to the end. Adding water rounded the nose, but actually made the palate more hot than before.

Nose: TX mesquite bbq, caramelized barrel Taste: besides a syrupy sweetness on the forefront, the smoke really takes over - I wouldn’t call it one note because it hits different from the start to the mid to the finish, but it’s all different shades of the smoke

Nose: grape juice and smoke Taste: light peat and spice

Nose: cantaloupe at first and vanilla icing after the first few sips Taste: malty and spicy, finish on the shorter side

Nose: sweet dark fruits, oak Taste: dark fruits, spicy mint on the mid palate and spicy, fruity long finish

Nose: extremely creamy with hints of vanilla - I got orangesicle vibes Taste: soft creamy vanilla on the front, rolling oak and vanilla hit in the middle, followed by a second wave of intense, lovely creaminess at the finish.

Nose: At first I got oranges, midway though I was getting honey, and near the end I started getting oak Taste: orange jelly and mint
