Cool whiskey. 10yr Canadian proofed to 100 w TX limestone water and then aged for another 2-3yrs. Nice green pepper, rye spice, pear and a light caramel sweetness.

Delicious. Apples and pears, with some apricot/other stone fruits in the nose. Palate is true to nose. Finish is light and fruity yet lingering. Makes me want more. Super drinkable. 10/10 would have again.

Youthful corn, bbq smoke, bacon jam, chipotle peaches, stone fruit, tobacco and wood smoke finish. Very unique - they bent this thing over a barrel and showed it the 50 states.

Real nice. Smoky but not overly - more sultry than in your face. Sweet and dark fruity, but peat is present and elegant. 10/10 would drink again.

No oak. No vanilla. Just corn sweetness. Tastes so watered down that it’s gone before you know it. The most disappointing part of this is knowing someone tastes it and decided it was worth selling. Mix this with something that has actual flavor or don’t drink it at all.

This is delicious. Nose is sweet and fruity, apples and honey. First thing I tasted was peaches and I still taste the peaches. It’s got the honey, apple a smooth creaminess like cream soda in there too. This is just a really well done Texas single malt. Balcones nails it again.

This was made for drinking while you smoke tasty meats. Perfect marriage of dark fruit sweetness and mesquite/oak/apple smoke that don’t compete against each other for your attention in the glass. It’s a total ride.

Solid ‘pretty down the middle’ whiskey. Like hitting your first drive off the black tees right down the middle of the fairway. Wont disappoint. Smooth corn, vanilla and caramel notes with a sweet oaky finish. Go America.

Sweet up front with some vanilla, spice and wood. Peanut butter notes throughout. Solid.
