Johnnie Walker Green Label 15 Year
Blended Malt — Scotland
Reviewed June 6, 2018 (edited May 2, 2019)Great malt blend , this is my favorite from the Jonny Walker line up, the Blue is close 2nd and the Black is 3rd. This is the sweetest from the the 3 and very complex. It strikes Great balance between peat and sweet! Is a 4.3 from 5 for me -
Don Julio 1942 Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed May 6, 2018 (edited June 23, 2018)One of the best tequila out there is a little pricey over 100$ but it come close to being wort the price. Really smooth with a lovely character. Must try it straight with a sangrita chaser( you can find a recipe on line and no it is not a sangria ) the best way to enjoy tequila. Please don’t drink good tequila or for that matter any tequila with lime and salt. In my opinion is dumbest way to drink tequila since it doesn’t do anything but kills the taste of alcohol and if you have to do that you are drinking the wrong tequila! -
Great Rye whiskey, very smooth great profile, nice and complex, the only thing wrong with it is the price. To be honest is not worth the 83$. It is way over priced. For the price you can het a much better dram then this but this will be a unbelievable Rye if it was 53$ or so, that is why I give it 3.8 stars.

I tried this at a open bar because they didn’t have anything else it was ok not great so I will give it 2.5 stars, but after realizing the low price I have to change it to 3.5 . For the price this bourbon is very good. Some sour notes make it a little different but not in a bad way and the light sweetness comes in after that to balance it. I wouldn’t buy it for my home bar but would recommend 1.75L bottle to share with friends on a camping trip around the fire. P.S after trying this in 2018, I bought the single barrel vintage year 2010 it is definitely great value pick for the home bar

Very nice not as complex as the A’bunagh , which I prefer but much cheaper so is a good alternative if you are on a budget. The Aberlour 12 has a sherry sweetness that is more supple. I believe the Aberlour is probably one of the sweetest tasting scotch out there so if you like sweet bourbons you will like this scotch. Is not very complex but is very smooth and easy drinking dram. I give it a 3.5 stars

Partida Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed April 3, 2018 (edited June 23, 2018)Great tequila very smooth nice and light fruity taste. I have no idea who rated this tequila but 80 rating on this is a joke especially when the reposado version of the same tequila is rated 92
