Big smoke/peat flavor upfront gives way to a super sweet finish. Hit of spice upfront as well. Almost too sweet though as it shortens the finish dramatically. Decent pour.

Nose is very minimal. Very sweet. Spicy finish that warms the mouth. Far off the traditional single malt scotch.

Too Peaty for me. Tried to understand the max range of the peatiness of scotch whiskeys. Campfire taste. Nose can be achieved from about 3 feet away. Mellows slightly with a hit of water. Slightly bitter and long finish.

Interesting malt blend. More tannins and caramel flavor. Long finish. Buzzed the tongue. Good but a bit acidic. Could be influenced by the chocolate we ate.

Holy smokes! This one packs a punch. Very smoky flavor profile. Overpowering. Tastes like lapsang suchon tea. Bought a bottle to bring out on special occasions.

Closest scotch I have tasted to bourbon. The additional oak flavor is very present here, lending to a sweeter overall finish. Low peat but a hint of smoke. Worth finding again.

Complex flavor profile but an overwhelming profile of banana. Not a fan. Finish is short and uneventful.

Wow this is good. Strong hit of alcohol, but almost some citrusy flavors in there. Hard to describe. Long finish

Very smooth bourbon. Somewhat sweet nose initially, but faded into a bit of a cleaning product smell. Despite the nose, the taste is good with an initial hit of baking spice that blends into dark stone fruit. Thick, coating mouth feel. Enjoyed better straight than on the rocks.
