Tastes

Just did a side by side with the green label and I enjoyed that one quite a bit more as it was more interesting on the nose and pallet. My wife that hates whiskey’s of any type would probably enjoy the blue. The smoothness (lack of rough edges) and muted aromas end up working against the blue when paired with something louder for me.

Floral, sweet, caramel, green apple. Apple pie, desert small amount of smoke but not a briny smoke. Very good stuff. Tasted alongside the blue label and I very much enjoyed this.
