Tastes

Nose: very oaky. Jumps out of the glass rich and sweet Mouth feel: oily and velvety Sweet cinnamon, slightly woody very drinkable despite a wash of alcohol heat.

Very drinkable but a bit boring.

Nose: lots of dark fruits, dark chocolate leather, and wood. Taste: sweet raisins, very peppery with light wood. Long finish of wood and pepper

Nose: cherry reminiscent of bourbon with strong grain nores and a bit of acetone Taste: friendly as. Tiny spiciness, slightly woody, with a bit of sweet floral notes. Short finish

On the nose: all the usual suspects of bourbon; cherry, vanilla sweet like caramel and candy floss, a very slightly smokey wood and something fresh like mint or eucalyptus. Also a slight waxyness. Nice. Taste: thick oily palate, strawberry sweets sweetness, vanilla and cherry again but also orange rind and a bitter pear. Plus an obligatory proof punch! Finish, the taste fades away to leave nothing but the coolness of your breath on your freshly burned throat.

On the nose: strong cherry, vanilla and cake frosted icing. Lovely Taste underdelivers. Any notes of fruity sweets evalopate quickly to leave a flat taste of alcohol. Finish:A bit woody but like chipboard would taste.

Salty, slightly rancid vegetal note and smokey on the nose Taste is more friendly, peaty, leather and woody. tiny fruity sweetness but can't find exactly what past the smoke.

Fruity and creamy on the nose. Palette well balanced. Slightly smokey, slightly spicy, floral all in harmony with no overpowering flavours. Very pleasant.
