Zeer lekkere evenwichtige wisky. Niet te sterk in rooksmaak, ook noet te zoet. Mooie balans van vanille, honing, en het toetsje Bourbon-vat die dit gekregen heeft.

Leuke whisky die niet sterk uitgesproken is. Neusje van lichte caramel en praline. In de mond redelijk wat alcohol, gevolgd door wat turf. Chyeraf blijft wat vanille en koffie hangen met een toetsje zoet fruit.

Honing en limoen in de neus, licht prikkelend kruidig citrussmaakje met terug een vleugje zoet.

Sinaasappelschil in de neus samen met wat lichte vanille, de mond start met de turf maar later komt de schil van de sinaasappel terug en blijft lekker lang, in harmonie de tong strelen.

Fruitig neusje, zeer zacht met een vanilletoetsje. In de mond zeer rond, niet sterk uitgesproken en terug de vanille die lekker lang aanhoudt!

In de neus komt wat zilt zeezout naar voor samen met wat geconfijte abrikoos en pruim, in de mond komt het gerookte op de voorgrond maar gevolgd door eerst wat citrus die blijft hangen naast de licht opgepompte fietsband!
