Tastes

Nose: sweet, honey, butter, slight green apple, and fresh red wood, very very faint smoke. Palate: Creamy, Honey/Caramel, baked apple, slight oak, brine, and pepper spice. Finish: Bit of spice and sweetness linger.

Nose: Fresh hay, light honey, vanilla, light spice Palate: sweet and spicy, honey, green/sour pineapple, peppery spice Slightly oily but not creamy Finish: light sweetness, heavy spice.

Nose: very sweet, caramel , sultana, honey, buttered toast, touch of petunia, fresh gritty mulch Palate: very creamy, light, prominently honey and sultanas, brown sugar, little pepper Finish: short, honey, vanilla

Nose: Honey, pear. Palate: Apple, pineapple, slight honey. Finish: little to no finish, toasted biscuit Very smooth and creamy, bit light

Nose- White Chocolate, sultanas, cloves, vanilla Palate- Sultana, little spice, little bitterness (coffee), creamy Finish- bitterness disappears leaving the spice and sultana to continue. Light sweet whiskey, tried with both ice and neat, neat definitely preferable, as soon as there is a bit of water, the sherry notes fade significantly, leaving just the bitterness and the spice

Nose: pineapple, oak, smoke Palate: light smoke, pepper, vanilla, oak, honey, tropical fruit. Finish: Little to non existent This scotch was only enjoyable with a very particular amount of water, and still had a weird bitterness, flavours were too light, mostly tasted like an aged tequila. Would not recommend

Nose light honey, floral Palate - honey, vanilla, pear, cloves, spice, bit of black tea Finish - short, vanilla and spice linger for a bit. Nice light and sweet whiskey. Without ice cloves and spice are more prominent, with ice the honey vanilla and pear shine. In my opinion best with ice or bit of water

Best bourbon I’ve tried, sweet and spicy. Nose: Vanilla, Caramel, red liquorice, short bread biscuit. Palate: Brown sugar/vanilla sugar, spice, biscuit, cherry, pineapple lolly.

Nose: honey, vanilla Palate: sweet honey, banana, toasted cereal. Finish: short and sweet

Light whiskey, needs a bit of water Nose: Brine, honeysuckle, chocolate fudge. Palate: Boiled peanuts, really dark chocolate, slight honey. Finish: The bitterness from the chocolate and peanuts continue, finish is very short.
