Tastes

Nose: light fruits (apple pear, little bit of grape, dried apricot) honey, hay. Pallate: not as sweet as the nose, honey, dried fruits, little bit of cinnamon anf coconut. Finish: lingers a little, mainly honey and a hint of the fruit stays. Light fruity and sweet, very easy to drink

Nose: light pear, honey and hay Taste: pear carries through but more of a stewed pear, vanilla, cinnamon, buttery biscuit. Finish: vanilla/honey and spice, short. Very smooth and bright whiskey

Nose: stewed apples, vanilla, honey, little grassy Taste: dried fruit, vanilla, bit of oak. Finish: medium dried fruit lingers, Very smooth and easy drinking whiskey, no standout flavours, would be an incredible entry into whiskies.

Nose: Cherry, banana, buttery honey, vanilla. Palate: very sweet, vanilla, toffee, spice, buttery bread similar to vanilla sponge cake, bit of nuttiness on the end. Finish: sweet and a little nutty. Very rich and sweet whisky

Nose: coke bottle lollies, Dr Pepper, caramel, cherry. Palate: follows the nose, with good hit of spice. Finish: lolly flavour stays, short but very nice Add a bit of water and the flavour turns more to hubba bubba bubblegum and caramel Smooth, sweet, easy going whisk(e)y

Nose: Strawberry jam, sultana, marshmallow, chocolate, vanilla Palate: fruit cake, raspberry, vanilla custard, Manuka honey, dark chocolate, brine Finish: short-medium, honey and chocolate continue Rich and creamy, very fruity, and sweet, little bit of spice
