Nose: coke bottle lollies, Dr Pepper, caramel, cherry. Palate: follows the nose, with good hit of spice. Finish: lolly flavour stays, short but very nice Add a bit of water and the flavour turns more to hubba bubba bubblegum and caramel Smooth, sweet, easy going whisk(e)y

Nose: Strawberry jam, sultana, marshmallow, chocolate, vanilla Palate: fruit cake, raspberry, vanilla custard, Manuka honey, dark chocolate, brine Finish: short-medium, honey and chocolate continue Rich and creamy, very fruity, and sweet, little bit of spice

Everything whiskey - hits you in the face with everything a whisky can offer - honey, toffee, stewed fruits, sultanas, spice, light smoke, brine, and some earthiness particularly wood and tea

Honey, vanilla, pear, bit of nutty bitterness, and light smoke.

Nose: honey, stewed pear, brown sugar, cinnamon Palate: maple syrup, slightly burnt french toast, cinnamon, hay Finish: spice and Anzac biscuit, medium finish

Nose: Honey, cinnamon spice, corn, dried apple. Palate: maple syrup pancakes, cherry, cinnamon spice. Finish: sweet and spicy. Creamy and sweet, didn’t need any water.

Nose: vanilla, honey, spice, smoke, mandarin rind in a fire. Palate: toffee, honey , oak, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon spice. Finish: slight bitterness, but sweetness continues. Had with a few drops of water.

Nose: banana, pineapple, butter, cherry Palate: banana, toffee, coconut, Finish: banana bread

Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, dried apples. Palate: honey, maple syrup, apricot, fresh oak, little bit of spice Finish: Short, oak and maple syrup. Tried neat, with a little water, and ice. Ice is preferred, takes away some bitterness; however with a little water brings out more sweetness and cinnamon
