Awful. Period. Seldom do I completely disagree with the reviews on this site and Breaking Bourbon, but this time, for me, I must. Bitter, sour, simply terrible. I tried it neat, with various combinations of ice. I'm trying to get it down with Coke. Tried it, hate it. Oh well. On to the next bourbon!

Simply great. Vanilla first, then toffee and a little cinnamon. Full, rich nice finish. For me neat only. So we'll balanced it doesn't need ice to bring out flavors or calm down a burn. Expensive. But treat yourself with a birthday gift, if you can find it for less than $75.00

First, fruit, rich,sweet. I needed a little ice to take out some bitterness in the middle. Nice finish. Smooth, enjoyable.

Pour into glass, smell the brown suger and caramel. Vanilla, oak, a touch of spice that dissipates fairy quick. Solid bourbon with all the flavors you want, low price. Try this one! And the 100 proof!

Vanilla and caramel jump out. A little ice really smooths out the drink,without washing out the flavor. It is much sweeter than most of the bourbon or rye that I drink. But, as a sipper, this is a nice change of pace.

Mild flavors of cinnamon, vanilla and caramel. The spice lingers,which is nice. Ice brig's out the caramel and vanilla. Cuts the spice, but it's still present. In Virginia, for the same price, I prefer EW BiB.

This is a good wheat whisky. Considering the price it's close to Larency: at a higher proof and less cost. Quick spice and sweet flavors at first, short spices. Nice full oil mouth feel. If you can find it it at least.then $20 a bottle ya got nothing to loose! Add more ice or a soda. Give this a try.

Very nice. Rye, smooth, not too spicy with ice. However,at this price point, try Rittenhouse or Beam pre- prohibition.

Great! Not a typical high spice rye. Aged for 5 years. I don't think you'll find other eye aged this long for this price Nice balance of spices, sweetness and herbal flavors. The chil filter with sugar maple charcoal makes this completely different from others. Sip neat, great. Add a ice cube, slight change in flavor,great. Add a little water, great. Try this one!

Awful! I've NEVER found a whiskey/whisky that I could not tolerate, until now. For my palate, I don't understand how the Distiller Staff rated this an 81. More like 61. I've often said, "...if you don't like it,mix it with a cola. It's bad even with Coke. 1oz of this stuff with 5 oz o food Coke and a lot of ice was the only way that I could get it down. I gave serious thought about pouring it out.
