    Aroma of Corn Pops cereal, oak, cinnamon, crème brûlée, cherry, mint and vanilla. Tastes woody and lightly spiced with light sweet vanilla and caramel. Nice on the nose. Pretty pedestrian otherwise.

    Caramel is strong on the nose with notes of banana, maple syrup, and toasted oak. Thin, sort of earthy taste of caramel and wood. My mini bottle says añejo, but not 20 years. It certainly seems much younger than that.

    Great bottle. Not that that counts, but it’s definitely a nice aesthetically pleasing addition to the collection. As for the contents, there are flowers, orange zest, juniper, white pepper, mint and lemons. Lots of citrus peel, lime and juniper up front in the taste with flavors of pepper and mixed herbs following. Interesting flavor profile for sure, finishing with citrus flesh and peel, lemongrass and grass.

    Green plants, peat, wood smoke, brine, honey, flowers, vanilla, leather, oak and toasted malt. Taste of honey, earth, vanilla, black pepper, brine, peat, heavy smoke, oak and grain. Very complex, with nice, strong peat and smoke, but also a lot more.
