Some sentimental factors, but low key this is a fantastic, cheap bourbon. Oak tobacco and apple on the nose. Very smooth, tastes about like it smells; medium sweetness; unctuous texture. Oak and faint licorice aftertaste

Oak and ethanol on the nose; very okay and a little dry with muted sweetness, some toffee and leather; quite smooth; silky texture; corn-sweet aftertaste

Subtle honey and butter on the nose; oak, butter, spice, subtle peat, and a little bitter and astringent; somewhat unctuous; warm and subtly smoky aftertaste

sweet honey and cherries with a little smoke on the nose; very peaty and peppery with a little burn, but not harsh, not very sweet; finishes a little dry with a subtly sweet aftertaste; overall a little sweeter and milder than a peated scotch—interesting dram!
