Juniper, citrus and honey. Very juniper forward. It’s good, worth a purchase... at least one anyway

Classic London Dry. Delicious and light. Perfect in a G&T. And a great value

This is an interesting gin out of Vermont. Juniper and honey. That’s it. It’s also aged so it’s a little smoky. It’s a bit sweet for classic gin cocktails. Not good in a G&T or the Old Tom classic Tom Collins, but there is one that this is perfect for... Bee’s Knees

Citrus and juniper. A lighter version of a classic London Dry. Perfect in a Clover Club

This is an interesting gin. Oily with a big spicy kick and a bit of citrus, orange. Not great neat, but outstanding in a G&T

Juniper and lemon and a ton of spices. I feel like there is a lot going on here. Very complex. Can be a little too much for some cocktails, but really good in a Bee’s Knees with 2 oz of Cotswolds, 1 oz of honey syrup and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. It’s got a hefty price tag also.

Interesting. Citrus and juniper. Simple but has some depth and strong. I’m also getting some cucumber and spice and a bit of sweetness. Great to kick up a cocktail. Probably won’t purchase again, unless I need a overproof gin. I prefer Martin Miller’s Original

This is like the whiskey drinker’s gin. Very smoky, malty, woody with, of course some citrus and juniper. It’s very interesting and full bodied. Not very versatile, but makes a great old fashioned. It’s worth a purchase to add some variety to your home bar

A gin out of St. Augustine Florida with a classic profile of juniper and lemon. Dry w a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly good in a 5:1 martini w Dolin Dry and a lemon twist.
