Easy on the nose, classic bourbon taste with noticeable baking spices and vanilla, good long finish. I’m a fan!

Honey and citrus on the nose, with a subtle spice on the finish. Really easy, smooth sipping. Can tell the bourbon influence from the barrel aging, and the hint of sherry is there as well.

Peat and subtle smoke was evident on the nose. Subtle fruits - less sweet and more floral. The balance and ease of this scotch was really impressive. Really easy sipping, and a treat to be enjoyed.

Fruity, light, and unbelievably smooth. This is one of the best whiskeys I’ve ever had. Really impressive!

This bourbon reminds me of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, but it’s a little lighter and has a more prominent caramel/buttery finish. Classic oak/vanilla on the nose, a little spice kicks in quickly and carries throughout, and the finish was wonderful. Easy and enjoyable sipping bourbon.

Mild rye spice on the nose, and follows with a mix of black pepper and maple syrup. Definitely a unique whiskey - plenty fine to sip on. Not my favorite, but enjoyed it, nonetheless.

Builds on the classic Woodford Bourbon, but a hint sweeter, bringing out more prominent notes of rich caramel and vanilla. Enjoyed this one neat - would work great in an old fashioned as well.

Easy is the word. The strong Rye spice is there, but it smoothes out quickly with a subtle fruity sweetness. This whiskey is expensive, but it’s worth the price. One of my favorites for sipping neat.

Spicy as expected, but a respectable bit of heat meets you on the nose. Hints of citrus fruits and black pepper. Not a ton of complexity. Sips just fine, but I think this Rye makes best for a great Old Fashioned pairing. My personal favorite for doing so.
