Tastes

I really enjoyed this one. Initial aroma got a little alcohol burn in the nose but then opened up with scents of apple, cocoa and earth. Oily mouthfeel with taste of vanilla and oak. Little to no burn, does have a bit of a lingering spicy finish. Almost like after chewing a piece of big red gum. A little pricey but I do enjoy it more than some other bourbons I’ve had at this price point. I will likely restock when this bottle is gone.
