Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedHeavy and complex but pleasant. Slightly sweet and creamy vanilla with spiced fruit behind a delayed bold campfire smoke and a hint of wet grass. Slight hit of oak spice and stem ginger.

Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedLight and vanilla sweet on the nose. Banana, apple and toffee palate. Quick orange finish.
Caol Ila 12 Year
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedWonderful, smooth, wet grass notes with smokey, meaty, pipe tobacco on the nose. Palate is filled with oily tar and smoke. Long finish of warm smoke.
Benromach 10 Year
Peated Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedInteresting nose with pine, oak and slight smoke notes. Full flavours of barley and herbal grass. Dry, thin finish with a pleasant ginger heat on the back end.

Blended — JapanTastedFloral and honey nose with sweet wood taste and a medium slightly bitter finnish

Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedSweet aroma with caramel and bright notes. Taste is still mainly sweet but with wood and pepper notes.
