N -floral and sweet T - light, fruit candy like a lifesaver or if you ever had the Japanese candy Sakuma Drops F - breezy My first Japanese whiskey. Was at a restaurant so didn’t really get to enjoy all of its complexities but I enjoyed it a lot

N - Smokey, floral, ocean/sea salt T - peat, brine, pepper, slightly sweet, oily F - dry, corn flakes Very enjoyable. I’ve never been to Scotland but I’d imagine it would taste like this.

N - cherried sherry, sea salt, a little apple T - slight pear, sweet cherry quickly followed by a light peat spoke with hints of a meaty taste F - cool smokey ocean breeze, slightly refreshing taste like after eating a mint This is one of my favorites. I keep it around for special occasions as it’s a little pricier than I’d like to spend on a weekly sipper. Balanced excellence
