N - honey, floral and light citrus T - cereal and salt water F - brine, spicy I think the 100 proof is fooling you to think there is a peaty note when there isn’t. If you add a bit of water it becomes way less intense. I like the uniqueness of this one.

N - leather and fruit T - fruit and a tamed liquid smoke F - malty, light caramel I tried this at a restaurant so maybe the food effected it some. I think I prefer the classic.

N - floral and raisins T - pears, apples F - honey I wish it was more than 40% but that’s probably what you get for the price. Solid for a speyside which isn’t usually my go to.

N - vanilla, bananas T - sweet, with a slight wood note, light fruit, port F - cinnamon Unique flavors for a bourbon. Very enjoyable and delicate compared to other bourbons I’ve had

N - sherry and brine T - heavy peat, sea salt, sherry, earthy If you let it sit for a bit it really opens up more. I’m a sucker for sherried whiskeys and peat so this was right up my alley. For being 54% alcohol it’s really easy to drink.

N - grapes and vanilla T - floral and fruity and a lot of sherry. Maybe some butterscotch F - a pleasant sherried smoke Overall very enjoyable but not life changing. I liked the sherry and slight smoke finish for a speyside. Good for the price

N - fruits maybe bananas T - more fruits, sweet and light wood F - so much green apples Overall I really enjoy this. The wood burn at the end contrasts the lighter fruit flavor really nicely.

N - Smoke and iodine T - heavy peat, more iodine, sea salt, seaweed, earthy notes B - opens up when given time to rest The more I drink this the less the iodide flavor bothers me. I’ve grown to love the harshness of this dram. Still can’t beat it for a price - I always have one in my collection. One of the best value single malts I’ve had. N - banana pudding, lightly floral T - vanilla, honey F - light wood You can for sure taste the rum but it doesn’t over do it. It’s kind of desert whiskey. Something fun and worth trying/buying

N - with it being barrel proof you get some alcohol. Brown sugar cinnamon T - sweet, strong wood burn F - cinnamon heat -after adding water: T - much sweeter, still slightly woody F - cherry Was one of the more interesting/complex bourbons I’ve had. Interested it revisiting it to see what changes
