    N: sweet, citrus, slight mezcal smoke P: sweet, salt, citrus, smoke F: spice, salty, smoke lingering cocoa and citrus Dang good. Don't think my novice tasting notes do it justice. Great mezcal.

    N: extremely light on the nose, cinnamon P: spice, pepper F: spice, Oak, pepper, lingering bitterness and dryness Easy drinking. Nothing over the top. When it started out had a lower price point which made it attractive.

    N: sweet, vanilla, apple, toffee P: light flavor profile, light oak, honey and vanilla F: light oak, carnel followed by black pepper My brother bought this bottle for me because of the name, he was unaware of the vampires. Nothing stands out. The flavor is extremely light.

    I dont know gin profiles, but this one is dangerously good. So many flavors. N: Lemon slight juniper and floral P: My gin knowledge is limited so cant really describe it other than complex. Whenever you swish it in your mouth several disinct flavors appear one after another. F: floral to spice, back to floral.

    N: fruity, funk P: burn, molasses, cocoa F: burn, funk, molasses, chocolate, oak, dry Flavorful for overproof. Unfortunately I found I enjoy a normal proof rum in my cocktails. But this is a good option if overproof is your preference.

    N: coffee , alcohol P: light coffee, alcohol F: short,.oak, spice, Cocoa I like Jameson and coffee but not this. The coffee and whiskey, for whatever reason, didn't seem to complement eachother well.
