Sweet fruit and subtle herbaceous note on nose, sweet burst on palate with some spice undertones, then heat builds with menthol/clove, more heat in a long cinnamon/hot finish. Every bit of the 125. Review with a water cut up next time around.

Malty nose, honeyed up front before dried fruit and light smoke pop in. Finish lingers with Peat flavors, also apple, honey, spice

Good call by Ms. Schuster on the wheat toast with cinnamon. Nose is medium, definite cereal nose with rye spice builds and overtakes wheat in the finish, which is fairly long.

More rye spice in nose and up front, distinct pepper too. Then mellows with longer sweet caramel and vanilla notes, medium-length finish.

Medium cinnamon, vanilla nose, enters with sweet vanilla followed by fruity notes blending with higher proof heat. Long, spicy finish that I consider a plus.

Wells Barrel Select 2015. With an ice ball --Sweet nose, with a little cinnamon. On palate first fruit than into spice, finishes with a little heat before calming into a long easy finish.

Caramel and maple nose with sweet vanilla, spice follows but lighter than I expected from name, alcohol a touch hot in finish, which is where this falls short from some other things I have had lately.
