A little sweeter than I expected. Caramel sweetness first on palate, followed by spice (Cinnamon/pepper), light tannin on front of mouth. Initially soft finish turns quickly to spice but didn't linger too long.

Easy entry turns into some vanilla spice with honey and caramel, builds to a touch of heat before exiting with caramel, sweet finish where influence shows more.

Light color and nose, surprising sweetness vanilla, butterscotch and peach, finish leaves a blend of pleasant light spice.

Sample from "Buy the Barrel" program. Sweetness on nose, good oak flavor on palate followed by vanilla and spice, then a little burn. Finish lingers with nice sweetness and spice.

Get the mint on the nose right away, and also first on palate. Big spice notes follows and lingers, with wood influence in finish.

Amateur disclaimer. On rocks, I get some grain and malt up front, slight smoke immediately following. Little more of a burn than others late, more malt, some sweetness also at back.
