Oak & Eden Bourbon & Vine - Cabernet Steeped Oak
Bourbon — (bottled in) Texas, USA
Reviewed July 3, 2023Interesting gimmick with the wood cork screw and the bottle finish, but doesn’t make it better than other whiskies I’ve had and definitely doesn’t make it cheaper. Interesting, but ultimately two dimentional and too pricey. -

Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Small Batch Bourbon (High Rye Bourbon)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 9, 2023 (edited January 9, 2024)I give it a 3.25 instead of a 3.5 only because I don’t think this should cost $90. It’s good, don’t get me wrong. It’s definitely not a mid bourbon, lots of good things to appreciate here, and if it was $50 I’d get it more often I think -
Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

Reviewed February 28, 2023It’s gotta be that port barrel finish. So choice. -
