Tastes

Nose: Notes of vanilla, caramel, coffee and stone fruit. Palate: Robust and intense on the palate, where smoke and toast intertwine, making each sip a pleasure. Hints of banana, coconut and vanilla, mineral flavours on the mid-palate, salty white chocolate. Rounded aftertaste, with vibrant acidity and power. Notes of butterscotch toffee at the end.

Nose: Reminiscent of wet earth, a rainy day in the Andes, tropical fruits, notes of peach and quince. Green forest, hints of frozen rock. Palate: Smooth, with a river stone flavor that invites a second sip. Intense and strong agave flavor. Spicy notes. The aftertaste is powerful and fresh. Great expression of terroir and mountain agave. Enveloping, long-lasting.

Nose: Fresh and seductive on the nose, aromas of desert flowers, notes of fennel. Tropical fruits and hints of peach. Palate: Friendly, without edges, silky smooth. Citrus notes and good acidity. Long finish, notes of fresh cucumber at the end. Complex and elegant.
