Definitely taste the brown butter, butterscotch. Only scotch I’ve had that tastes great with chocolate chip cookies.

Deserving of the name. Excellent example of unique whisky from a specific region. Salty brine on the nose. Very unique flavor. Sweet, salty, slight peat smoke. When tasted side by side other scotch the, the salty brine stand out as very distinct.

Opened up very wonderfully after adding water. Salty Sea nose. Tasting With water was strong caramel. Smoke came out in the finish.
