The cool funkiness presents itself on the nose as raw corn on the cob with its silk, almost juicier than molasses based counterparts. The flavor is anise forward finishing with menthol and a certain je ne sais quoi weirdness that sometimes tastes like the scent of gasoline and sometimes the scent of a foam pool floatie. Long spicy finish!

Yeasty, bread starter nose! Sweet and sour, like a box of raisins. That note continues through and joins creamy grass and light fruit, like bright underripe pear.

Soft nose reminiscent of a sherry finished whisky followed but sticky sweet and rich on the palate. Reminds of cinnamon buns laden with gobs of butter and cinnamon sugar richness; absolutely decadent rum.

With the obvious bananas foster funk of Jamaican rum comes caramel and a touch of cider at first scent. The flavor belies the scent with caraway and dark richness following an oiliness that clings to your tongue. Sweetly grassy, too.

Nose is like a freshly poured vanilla coke with a lime peel! Dry cinnamon and citrus zest come out with a mild touch that develops into a long finish. Sweeter as it sits. Touch of smokiness.

The nose here is light and fruity with a touch of oak. Sherry notes waft up. Flavor is light and delicately dry with a nuttiness.

Lots of banana and vanilla on the nose with a touch of cola, presumably molasses influenced. Very dry and rich, spicy as all get out! Chewy, long lasting. Delightful.
