Nose: cherry cobbler, deep Palate: burnt cherries, rich butter, creamy mouth feel Finish: lingering black cherry ice cream

C: light amber, thick legs N: apple cinnamon pie P: light baking spice, graham cracker F: surprisingly short for a 12yr, subtly vanishes after the taste

C: dark amber N: maple, vanilla P: vanilla buttercream F: short, sweet oak tannins

C: light amber N: fresh bread, honey, light fruit P: vanilla, honey, light baking spices F: spearmint, a little melon, slight lingering ethanol Not much oak (expected for a 4 yr 3 mo), but packs a lot of other flavor. Great choice bottling at 107 proof - may not quite stand up to OWA, but a very nice offering from a local craft distiller!

As smooth as it gets, excellent caramel nose, lingering honey finish.
