The best thing about this bourbon is that it makes me look like a generous host. Everyone thinks it’s so great and I’m happy to pour it for guests- meanwhile I drink the good stuff I’m less willing to share. Good nose- not even bad on the palate. Harsh finish with unpleasant ethanol aftertaste

Smooth for 120 proof. The burn is there but not unpleasant. A few drops of water or an ice cube opens it up

Smooth with almost no burn medium to long finish. Sweet caramel all the way through

Somewhat sweet, vanilla, a little pepper on a short finish. Do not add water or ice unless you want to ruin it

Thick with a strong maple syrup finish. My favorite whiskey in the winter
