Balvenie The Sweet Toast of American Oak 12 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed September 1, 2020 (edited August 10, 2021)mhmmm. Me Likey. I’m not crazy about peatiness in general. This has an enjoyable (noticeable, but not the only thing happening) amount of peat for my preferences. But it’s still sweet and oaky and “complex” enough for my taste buds. I’ll be happy to buy another bottle.65.0 USD per Bottle -
Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 1, 2020 (edited October 25, 2020)Good drink. Best suited for mixing in my opinion. Strong enough and classic taste. Sipped it neat a number of times. But not a real “sipper” if there are also other bottles open.20.0 USD per Bottle -
