Dalmore 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed November 28, 2017 (edited April 25, 2019)Decent Highland scotch. Sadly, there’s lots of E150A (caramel colouring), it’s bottled at a very light 40% ABV and its WAY overpriced in Ontario at $100 per bottle. It’s unfortunate, since at an ABV of 46% or higher and maybe at a more reasonable price, I’d buy this more often. Richard Paterson is a talented blender, but Dalmore, oh sorry, THE Dalmore is more interested in marketing gimmicks than in presenting Paterson’s skill. -
