Straight maple syrup. Nothing else to say. Amazing and excellent!

Dark chocolate and nutty. Slight salted caramel finish with leather. When it first hits it feels smooth. Afterwards it leaves a slight burn lacking the sweetness that I expected. Honestly lacks the depth that I expected. All in all I'd say this is a decent $50 bottle but at $90 I wouldn't buy it again. There are better choices at $90. For example, Angels envy Rye in a Caribbean rum cask finish. I'd purchased that over this any day in the $90 range.
