Nose includes notes dried fruits , banana , . Nice flavors of soft vanilla and toasted oak . Drinks at 107 proof . Fleeting notes of dickel flintstine vitamins , but flitter softly in and our and do not distract from this being a nice pour. . Nice finish of oak that lasts a minute or longer on the tongue . Score 3.75 , possibly 4. Not the best BB , but solid pour

Nose of cinnamon apple sauce . Palate follows the nose as flavors of appe cider dominates the taste , but hinte of warm oak and butter round out the profile . Nice pour for $55 cask strength bottle

Nice pour. Flavors of light vanilla cream, coconut, and slight orange hint. Drink near proof, but short finish for near 110 proof. Slight kentucky hug

Taste like a lot of the store brand varieties of eggnog I have tried over the years . Plus the alcohol is so well blended that you cant even taste it , like i can in the Evan Williams product . Thats either good or bad depending on your preference

Nice nose with notes of creamy vanila oak, burnt sugars, and dandelion tea. Drinks correctly at 100 proof with notes of nice oak backbone with hints of lemongrass and salted dark chocolate . Very solid pour and almost scored at 4 stars, but tonight it just felt it needed a little something else to grab that extra bump i couldnt find.

Nice and crushable but needs something more to make it worth the price. Nice nose and sweet cherry cordial pie flavors , but finish is so short . Hits well below 100 proof and thin mouthfeel . The juice is really good and if that was the only factor to consider when scoring this i would give it a higher score , but at $100 bottle it needs to take you on a better finished trip

Pleasantly surprised by this pour. I didnt think i would hate it, but also didnt expect myself to grab additonal pours. I expected the alcohol or corn mash to dominate the nose at this price point, but actually had some nice notes of vanilla , buttered oak. Mouthfeel is thin , but still nice soft vanilla on the palate , some cornbread on the finish. Easy sipper that doesnt require alot of thought. It’s not going to impress your friends ,but isnt priced that way , so don’t feel guilty of buying it to have as an affordable pour. This one can be sipped alone while watching tv and noticing that your glass in empty again.

This is definitely a fun pour, but one i have to be in the mood for. Nose is confectionery sugar, vanilla, toffee, banana, honeydew , and mint. Palate is definitely hot and all 120 plus proof shows up in the back of the tongue. Flavors of overripe banana, cinnamon, and spearmint . Good pour that somedays i enjoy more than others, but glad i have a bottle when that urge hits for banana fosters in a glass.

Nose of charred oak , cedar box , seasalt. Taste includes burnt sugars, dark chocalate, cinnamon butter. My favorite Barrell bourbon batch out of 8 or so prior batches i have tried . Finish is long and keep unfolding into more flavors of vanilla and baking spices. It a shame this batch has long since disappeared off the shelves or i would be on my way to the store for backup bottle.

Nose is pure rickhouse of fermented corn aromes aroma. Palate is full yellow corn despite being 6 years old, but still pleasing . Buttery oak, and toasted vanila . Nice 6 year pour .
