Awesome… just a sip of my buddy Scott’s pour.

Quick, intense, nice flavor and heat

Medium copper in color N - Molasses, leather, vanilla, P - amazingly viscous mouthfeel, rye spice, N - short and intense… spice, heat,

Dark copper in color N - vanilla, sweet P - medium thick mouthfeel, spicy orange, F - short dry finish, spice, I think I need to school myself on these flavors… not pulling the toast

Light copper / bronze in color N - Honey, caramel, burnt sugar, apple P - excellent mouth feel, rye bread, spices, F - rye spice with a hint of caramel

Dark brown / copper appearance N - warm molasses and chocolate P - chocolate pudding, spice, malt i Ed’s (imagine that) F - oak, hot chocolate Nice and smooth, but a bit basic.

Got to try this at Woodford during a tour. Didn’t get a chance for a full review but really enjoyed it.

Got to try this during my tour at Woodford. Didn’t have time for a full review, but the nose was like candy and was solid through the pallet and finish.

Tasted at Woodford Distillery during my tour. Didn’t have time to fully review it, but how often do you get to taste a $2000 bottle of bourbon. Definitely had the cognac throughout. Enjoyable experience.

Copper color N - burned brown sugar, molasses…. Hints of pine. What an amazing nose! P - pine and dill, straw, grassy, rye F - dry, strong dill, rye and oak finish. Lingers for a bit. One of the better noses that I’ve encountered, but, although not bad, the grainy and grassy pallet and finish left something to be desired. Super complex, super unique. Not for everyone.
