    Very flavorful and smooth. Tried this time with whiskey stones. I think I prefer it with ice, but will need to try again to confirm. Darn!

    Really very flavorful. Does not have the same oak flavor as the small barrel I recently tried, and although the brown sugar aftertaste is there, it’s not as intense as the original. Very, very good.

    Oh wow. This is delicious. Not as much oak flavor, and not as smokey. Has almost a brown sugar after taste. Very smooth and flavorful, which I’m loving.

    This has an oak flavor, and definitely a sweeter profile than some of the bourbons I’ve had in the past. Trying to identify if it’s a musky, peaty, or generally earthy flavor at the end of the drink. Very good

    This used to be my go to for a night cap, but after having tasted other bourbons it’s clearly a harsher choice. I’ll still keep it on hand, but it’s definitely not the drink I once thought.

    This is not as smooth or sweet tasting as some of the other bourbons I’ve tasted lately. Still getting a feel for the flavors. Maybe more oak and smoke flavors.
