Drinks lighter than its proof. Feels a little thin but orange/citrus forward. I tried a sample but I imagine it would be an easy sipper!

Its astringent, but i get some warmth and some cherry. I appreciate the oak compared to the regular variety. Cant do it neat but can on the rocks.

It’s not as sweet or viscous as creme brulee suggests. There is a hit of proof on the front but some buttery finish on the finish. Happy i got to try it! Though ive never seen it on the shelf im guessing I won’t pick up a bottle for the price if I do.

Smooth banana throughout. I didn’t find any sharpness or harshness on the back. I can totally see myself with this and an ice cube on the porch in summer.

Fruit on the front and the rye kicks in in the back. Not my preference but I appreciate it. I dont gind the traditional Jack profile here.

Its slighty sweet but thin. Like im drunking a scotch almost. Goes down easy if I’m looking for something like that again.

So as a classic bourbon i dont like this. If I view it like a liquer I’m game? It’s sweet but kinda flavorless in the front and the back comes in withore bourbon notes but little oak. Ive been searching for something to dip on the porch and this mihhy be it? I’m curious about other expressions now.

Thin and weak. Easy to sip minus the fact I dont like the nutty flavor on the back (i dont like nuts). Glas i tried it agaon. Remeber it being harsher.
