Tastes

Nose is slightly burnt caramel corn with a little ethanol, which I found very enjoyable. Taste is very corn whiskey forward with some oak at the end. Aged well to take off all the rough edges normally found in corn whiskey with that flavor.

Happy Harry's store pick, aged 7 years. Oaky banana nose. Bruleed banana on the palate with an oak finish. Without the oak, this could pass for a dessert drink. Very enjoyable pour. If there had been mire than one id go back and buy another.

Mostly vanilla with a hint orange on the nose. Liquid yellow cake and vanilla frosting on the palate - corner piece of sheet cake level of frosting. Drinks way below its proof point and has an extremely long finish that gives off hints of leather and tobacco near the very end. Fucking delicious.

Initial flavor of brown sugar melting in butter to make caramel, giving way to a oaky minty finish.

The nose smelled like the burned dust smell I get the first time I turn on the furnace each year. The taste is cinnamon and oak. Drinks lower than it's proof. I really like it.

I went back and forth between caramel covered brownie and banana pudding on the nose. Leather, oak, and cinnamon on the finish join in when tasting it. Might be my daily drinker if I can find it on a regular basis. Big fan.
