Very rich & cohesive dram. Caramel bursts out the gate with orange dreamsicle right behind. Slightly salty with some chewy banana bread and chocolate malt on the midpalate. Some nice tobacco, oak, and slight herbs linger while coating your mouth with oil. Absolutely delightful.

Light and floral. Slight hibiscus & rosewater flavor. Vanilla, honey, orange and some burnt wood with a slight coating of oil. Salted maple syrup on the midpalate finishing with some lingering yet subtle oak barrel char. Easy sipper and smooth like butter. Tasty.

I'm picking up a plethora of flavors but having a hard time delineating them all. Iodine, oysters, vanilla, salted caramel, chocolate orange slices, ocean brine & mineral flavors are what seem to hit me in the chops immediately. There is an underlying 'honey suckle smoke' throughout with a subtle cherry mid-palate. Finishes buttery smooth with touches of leather and tobacco. Would be ranked higher but I feel Talisker 10 offers a very similar flavor profile and quality for less than 1/2 the price.

Salty bacon, seaweed, minerals, orange marmalade, sweet pear & tobacco flood the palate. Mouth watering salt stays put but makes way to a malty mid palate. Dram slightly dries out finishing with an elegant smoke and a briny sweet undertone. Can’t beat the price and is comparable in ways to HP 18.

Burnt wood & applewood smoked ham is very apparent. Flavors of charred yet creamy bananas and apples appear on the midpalate. Tangy yet subtly sweet fruit lingers on the tongue while salacious smoke sits in your chest for quite some time. Fairly complex. Overall nice dram.

Deep Dark Fruits (Raisins/Cherries/Prunes) is what I pick up first. Undertone of smoke pretty much throughout. Some leather & decadent dark chocolate covered coffee beans towards the middle with some salacious curves. Finishes slightly dry with campfire vibes. Almost like the backend of a burnt s’mores. Really delightful.

Distinguished vanilla & pear up front with a salty undertone leading way to some barrel char, tobacco, maltiness (undetermined) and a wisp of smoke to finish. Very flavorful and easy going.

Abundant toffee, caramel, and tobacco spice lead the way to a dry mid palate of salted peanuts and malty goodness. Finishes dry with the signature subtle smoke & some more tobacco. Solid dram but can't beat the price point of the 12 when comparing.

Salty sweet vanilla & honey forward leading into a tad of apple, pear and seaweed on the mid-palate. Ending with some sweet barrel char, tobacco & subtle wave of smoke. Excellent dram for the price point.
