Nose of light smokey barrel char, ripe stone fruit and vanilla Palate of light caramel, baking spice Finish of barrel spice medium lenght

Nose of light oak and sweet almost wine or bubble gum great depth Palate of oak tannin caramel and a sweet fruit jam Finish is med long of light cinnamon and toffee A pretty good pour that has both depth/complexity but with a lighter touch, pretty good coating mouth feel This takes a 14 year Dickel in an interesting direction

Nose of sweet fruit cup light caramel hit of ethanol Palate of clove and cardamon but with a silky mouthfeel Finish of medium length of pepper and oak spice The nose is lovely but the palate and finish is not balanced but an interesting pour

Nose of classic vanilla and a touch of grass or hay Palate of clove and cardamon and caramel with creamy texture Finish is short with a bit of barrel tannin and light nutmeg Decent pour

Nose of apricot and peach jam, a bit of ethanol Palate of clove and oak, rich and creamy Finish is longish with barrel spice cinnamon Ramps up on the standard single barrel but I'm not sure it is better

Nose of classic vanilla, caramel that fades to burnt orange peel rubbed on leather. Front of palate is gentle but hits with oak and and mid is light caramel Finish is medium in length with cinnamon and sweet oak Classic bourbon
