I like this better than the ‘brown label’ Peat Monster, but not nearly as much as the Anniversary Edition of Peat Monster that carried the same label.

I like this quite a bit. It has more spice and layers than the 2018 Toasted Barrel Bourbon (Which I quite liked) and is about on par with the Barrel Strength Rye. All in all, a very good offering. I got this for $68 and it’s definitely worth it at that price. I probably wouldn’t buy it at the $100+ price that many retailers are asking for it (and I’m sure the secondary market will be ridiculous!). So if you are a Michter’s fan and can find it close to MSRP, buy it!

I was able to pick this up from my favorite local store for MSRP ($130), thanks Don! The bottle leaked a little on the walk home, when I opened the bag, it smelled like heaven! Any thought of saving it for a special occasion went out the window. It is a lovely dram - I wouldn’t pay the ridiculous markup some stores are gouging their customers for, but if you can find it close to MSRP, jump on it!

I love this bourbon. Dangerously easy to drink.

A really nice, moderately peated whiskey. Picked this up in Heathrow Duty Free for 85 USD for a liter bottle. Not a bad price, but not necessarily worth going out of your way in your travels for.

Received as a Fathers Day gift so score is automatically higher than if I had paid for it 😎. It’s a very good bourbon, very smooth and drinkable, but for the price there are better options for a 10 year old bourbon. The packaging and presentation are very nice which is one reason my son got it for me - many thanks for a thoughtful gift!
